Common things

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You'll get a 6-digit code from refrain@contact.musical-mosaic.app — check spam if it doesn't arrive in a minute. The code expires in 15.

My pins disappeared.

Make sure you're signed into the right account. Pins are tied to the email you used to sign up. If you're sure you're in the right place, email me and I'll dig into it.

Can I export my data?

Not yet from the app directly, but email me and I'll hand you everything I have. A GDPR-style export endpoint is on the roadmap.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Everything goes — pins, stories, the word cloud you built. It's final.

The TestFlight build is crashing on launch.

Try deleting and reinstalling from your TestFlight email invite. If that doesn't help, email me your iOS version and device model and I'll investigate.

Ask Refrain couldn't find my song.

Refrain looks in the Apple Music catalog, which is broad but not everything. Try different words — a lyric fragment, the artist's full name, or the era/genre. If nothing works, it may just not be there.

I want to report a bug or request a feature.

Email is best — screenshots help. I read everything, and good ideas genuinely change what ships next.
