Terms of Use

Using Musaic means agreeing to a few simple rules. They're here to keep the space usable for everyone.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private.
• One person per account. No bots.
• You must be old enough to agree to a contract where you live.

Your content

• Your pins and stories are yours. You own them.
• You grant Musaic a limited license to display your content back to you inside the app, and to surface any content you've explicitly marked public.
• Don't log content that violates copyright, contains hate speech, or targets anyone. We reserve the right to remove content and accounts that do.

Song data

Song metadata (title, artist, album art) is fetched from the Apple iTunes Search API. Musaic does not host or redistribute audio. Clicking a song in the app may open Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube — those services have their own terms.

Availability

This is an early-stage app. Features may change. Things may break. We'll do our best to communicate when they do.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in-app before they take effect.
